I was referred to this shop by another place because of a strange grinding noise, and I was worried all weekend that something serious—like my wheel—might be about to fail. As soon as I brought it in, they took it for a test drive, quickly identified the sound, and got the car lifted right away. It turned out to be plastic rubbing, likely from hitting curbs or speed bumps. They fixed the issue on the spot with a simple zip tie to stop the noise, explained everything clearly, and referred me to another shop for further help.
